Her experience, innovative thinking and passion for this business has allowed her to successfully originate and close loans throughout the United States both residentially and commercially. Kathy has owned and operated several successful businesses in the greater New York metropolitan area and New England. Kathy studied agriculture, economics, business science, and computer science at Farmingdale University, NY. She has also attended the New Hampshire Technical College for courses in real estate appraisal and capitalization theory/ techniques. |
